MACHININGDongguan Hairuixing Technology Co., Ltd.

5-axis machined impellers, turbine rotors and propellers for aerospace and marine use.
An impeller is where 5-axis machining stops being a luxury and becomes the only way. The blades curve in two directions at once, so a 3-axis tool either gouges the concave face or leaves a staircase on the convex one. We cut impellers and turbine rotors on simultaneous 5-axis machines with the tool tilting to stay normal to the surface, which keeps scallop height even and gives a real aerodynamic finish instead of a faceted approximation. Blades are balanced by holding thickness within tolerance across all blades of a set, and every rotor is inspected on a CMM before it leaves.
Every batch is checked on a coordinate measuring machine, with calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks on the shop floor. A dimensional report is available with each shipment and first-article inspection is free on series orders.
DHL/FedEx/UPS express for prototypes and small batches, sea or rail freight for production volumes. We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — with DDP the duties and taxes are settled on our side so nothing is owed at customs.
We sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive. Drawings are stored on an access-controlled server and only the programmers and operators assigned to your part can open them.
STEP (.stp/.step) or IGES (.igs) for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D drawings with tolerances and surface finish. If you only have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it — and a photo with the key dimensions is enough for a budget estimate.
